Cakes with alcohol in them

DH turned 21 last month, but isn't coming home til next month. I want to make him a cake, but I thought I'd incorporate the 21st thing into it. Anyone know any good recipies containing alcohol?

You can try this one... it's Bacardi Chocolate Cake.

CAKE
1 package Chocolate cake mix
1 package Chocolate instant pudding..
2 Eggs
½ cups Barcardi dark rum
¼ cups Cold water
½ cups Oil
½ cups Slivered almonds; optional

FILLING
1½ cups Cold milk
¼ cups Barcardi dark rum
1 package Chocolate instant pudding
1 Envelope dream whip topping


Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour two 9-in layer cake pans. Combine all cake ingredients together in large bowl. Blend well, then beat Bake for 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Do not underbake. cool in pan Split layers in half horizontally. Spread 1 cup filling between each layer Optional: Garnish with chocolate curls. Filling: Combine milk, rum, pudding

It's really easy to make a white cake from a mix and replace the water with alcohol, preferably a sweet white wine like muscadine. Then make a thin glaze with powdered sugar and the muscadine instead of water and drizzle that over the cake.
