Blueberry dumplings!
I love easy recipes! My cousin and I are always trading recipes and I tend to tweak hers so that it's easy as possible. This one is soooo good!
Ingrediants: Fresh or frozen blueberries (you can actually use any type of fruit you'd like) Canned Crescent rolls (you know the ones that look like triangles before you roll them up?) 1 stick of butter 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of water Turn on oven to 350. Get a small pot, add water, butter and sugar. Heat until butter is melted. Get a baking dish, spray with non-stick cooking spray. Lay an unopened crescent roll on the dish, add the blueberries (5 or 6 of them), then roll the crescent roll, pinching the edges. One can of crescent rolls makes 8 dumplings. Repeat this until all 8 are in the baking dish. Once your butter mixture is melted, pour it all over the tops of the dumplings. Put it in the oven for about 20-25 mins. Serve with vanilla icecream! Heavenly!
