Butterscotch Oatmeal cookies

I am making these from scratch for the first time. So far they are absolutely heavenly. I can feel the fat growing on my thighs already LOL

I'll post the pics and update with the recipe if they really do come out good. The cookie dough is off tha hook

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups old fashoined oats
11 oz pkg Nestle Butterscotch flavored morsels

preheat the oven to 375
Combine the dry ingredients (except oats and butterscotch) in to a small bowl
Combine all the other ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix.
Slowly combine dry ingredients to the mixing bowl
Add oats and butterscotch pieces
Drop on cookie sheet
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes depending on how crispy you like them
Cool on a wire rack


Yields about 48
