Cake mix cookies
I love to make cake mix cookies. They are better for you because you use vegetable oil instead of the butter that most recipes call for and they still taste great. The basic recipe is 1 box cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/3 cup of oil. Just combine and bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
My favorites: Strawberry cookies- Strawberry cake mix 2 eggs 1/3 oil Sugar to roll in, -combine ingredients, roll 1/2 inch balls of dough in sugar and flatten with a glass onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Lemon cookies= Lemon cake mix 2 eggs 1/3 cup oil (minus 1 tbls) 1 tbs lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest powdered sugar -Combine ingredients, roll 1/2 inch balls of dough in powdered sugar and bake Anyone else ever tried cake mix cookies? What are your favorites?

Any sort of chocolate cake mix cookies are good
 I make chocolate cookies from scratch but using cake mix is a good way to get nice fudgy chocolate cookies.

I'll have to try that! I love funfetti cake, especially with the rainbow chip frosting (I think Duncan Hines makes it). So freaking good!
