I just learned it's AMAZINGNESS and how it doubles in volume when you whip it at warped speeds, and now I'm enjoying my chocolate moose with a little bit of coffee in it


anyone have any awesome creations involving HWC?

I hwc! I use it to make soups too!

I LOVE homemade whipped cream with fresh strawberries.

I just use it for homemade whipped cream, add a little sugar and vanilla, yum!! I also use it in quiche to make it a little more fluffy.

i grew up on a dairy farm...i just skimmed the raw cream off raw milk.

creamline milk (it's pasteurized but not homogenized) is magnificient!

Thats the only way I eat whipped cream. No cans or cool whip in this house! It only takes a few minutes and it will keep for a little bit too.

I use it as a cream base for Pasta and to make my Alfredo sauce.

I use it in a LOT of my cooking - quiche, lasagna, alfredo.
I also don't use "whipped topping"
imo if it aint real cream, it aint on my apple pie, LOL!
