I eat gluten free. Although it a bit of a pain sometimes it's a lot easier than I initially thought it would be. I have no experience with not eating dyes though. Good luck!

Its not so much gluten free, but more low carb.
I have heard a lot of good things. A forum I am on has had several people with mental disorders (schizophrenia and depression and some others) who have claimed it has really improved quality of life.

I am in no way saying it is a cure, but it honestly can not hurt to try.

My daycare providers son has what sounds like a lot of the same behaviors. They removing of dyes help a lot. She also recently got him on another med at a low does to help with the first med wearing off in the afternoon. They said it was too dramatic of a change for him when the school does for lack of better term wore off along with the transition time of school to home. His doc said he would do better tapering off into the eveing. It's been a few weeks, but seems to make a huge difference for him. They also attributed the changes to horomones.
