I am so PROUD of him. Christian has ADHD (combined type, he takes vyvanse and clonidine to help him sleep at night) and I had a meeting with his teacher this morning. She said he is reading and doing math in the 90th percentile, that he's almost ready to move to a new level in reading. His drawings are very creative and pretty spot on AND he only has to know 25 sight words but he knows OVER 50.
She said he is very kind to the other students and has stayed on his green card (which means excellent behavior) every single day this month.
His confidence is even improving, I am just so proud of him.
She told me that the first few weeks when I didn't have him on his vyvanse that he was just all over the place but his grades have shot way up and he is such a smart kid. She also said she can tell he's sleeping better and for me not to feel ashamed about it.

I just had to brag, that's all. I feel like singing Elton John, "can you feel the love tonight?"
I then ate breakfast with him and he carried my tray for me and pulled out my chair.
He's such a sweetie.
