We ARE getting the testing for ODS. The school WILL perform testing on him...we just need to wait and see what Pediatric Neurology says. The nurse at ODS' school said a lot about seizures (petit mal) and we are thinking that he will probably get a provisional diagnosis. The school wants to know what Neuro will be doing as far as a treatment plan and then will test accordingly. They don't want to be testing him if he has a seizure problem and get false results. So, May 20th, Peds Neuro...then I call the school and tell them what the word is and from there, they put in the paperwork and have 60 days to complete the testing and hopefully...we'll know SOMETHING!!
We are on a roll now!! I finally feel like we are getting somewhere and will have an answer soon!!!!
