Once you submit the paper work how long did it take to hear back from them. I have been trying for yrs. to get ds in but I never hear back anything. We have been told with our move coming up that he needs to be in. Dh command has told us to get him in but we never hear anything back. If you don't hear anything back does that mean it is denied

Ds has many minor health and development issues, When we were in Oki EDIS had tried to get him in but we never heard back. We will be leaving this duty station in June and am not sure if we would hear back anything by then.

yeah we've applied before too and never heard back too....now we have to reapply and do it for both kids bc last time it was just our son...Sorry I have no magic answers but I understand

Gabe is in it. I have never heard anything back from them. I have always had to call to find out what catagory they have him placed in.

ds has very poor eyesight, has had a seizure disorder when he was younger(currently is fine but dr. warned that he will always be at risk and needs to be cheacked yrly.) and currently major dental (due to a tumor being removed a few yrs. ago) how can you check to see what cat. he would be. If he is a cat. 1 then I would just wait until we get there but if it would help with housing then I want it done asap. I know that they have everything we need where we are going.

i would call and harass them - i know getting our son on EFMP was so horrible that even though my daughter and other son both need to be there i was like forget it - too much hassle... either way, the squeaky wheel gets noticed so CALL AND CALL AND CALL to just check ur status. best of luck... ~Amy
