First trip to the Principal - Special Needs Children

So here we go....it begins.

I knew he was starting his usual routine. His first two weeks were fine (It was new) Now he's bored with it and quits doing his work half-way through and starts fidgeting with everyTHING in site.
(I.E. oooo a pencil. oooo my toes. oooo a piece of paper the size of an ant.."

He was sent to the principal and started laughing like it was joke.

That's okay...Just wait until he finds out Daddy is coming home tonight.

oh I know how you feel. It was the honeymoon phase as they like to call it. It usually only lasts 2 weeks. But with my DS he already has started. He didnt even wait 2 weeks. I just hope he doesnt end up in the office too.

My son will find anything and everything and will act out some story in his head while playing. He'll find a nail file and it suddenly becomes a surf board and his fingers are riding it. He hasn't been sent to the office for it yet tho'. I wish your son well when Daddy gets home.

I feel your pain!! My son will find anything to distract himself!! We haven't been to the the BIG P yet and I hope we don't have too. Is your son ADHD? Is he on medication? My ODS is ADHD and ODD and is on Concerta right noe...BUT it doesn't seem to be doing its job....
