    VeggieBurger

    Advertisements
I'm trying to look for a veggieburger recipe. Usually, I buy MorningStar or Boca, but I want to make my own fresh-made veggieburgers.

I'm looking for something that's not going to fall apart or has any dairy. I'm slowly trying to transition into veganism. I've already omitted milk from my diet.

    Any suggestions?

I think brown rice or barley are often used as a binder. Do you want a recipe too?

I am definitely going to pay close attention to this thread! I really want to try making my own veggie burgers too! I love Boca burgers, but I'd definitely like to try something new.

And good job about eliminating dairy I'm trying to transition into being vegan too. I eliminated eggs, but I'm finding it hardly to eliminate dairy products. We did it oppositely

    mmmmmmmmmm veggie burgers

I always buy mine so I can't help with a recipe, but I've been vegan for over a year and a good vegan brand to buy is Amy's. I love all her food!

How long have you been vegetarian for? I actually went to Trader Joes to buy soy milk, rice milk, and almond milk for really cheap and it's sooo good! I'm having a hard time with the eggs because we still have a lot of products with egg. Slowly but surely!

I don't think we have that here. Their products look good!
