oh that wouldnt be a good diet to be on because you will just end up gaining it all back. no thanks. not for me or my hubby. when we lose weight we want it to be permanant weight loss.

oh I agree, but some of these mean don't have the 6 weeks or 90 days to lose the wieght! What do they do! Hubby does it, and he keeps it off!

Well thats good if he can keep it off but i just know me and my hubby and i think being on a diet like that wouldnt really work for us.

Yeah! I guess I posting for those guys getting ready for there pt test prt as the navy says! Hubby is doing great! master sgt.... told hubby that he shows determination! which is good! I think for some of the change of commands if you look and try to lose weight, they will let it slide............. It's called show effort!

I understand what you mean katie. And its really good for guys that are struck for time. Its not a permanent thing but its definately good if they are out of time and need to lose the weight fast!!

I just know that my hubby's wieght goes up and down, up and down.............. he isn't young any more. and can run due to his leg... ( he broke it in cobat training, had to have a metal rod and a screw put in) But I know this work............ Hubby looks great and master sgt is pleased!!!!!!!!!!!!!
