    WW layers Mexican Chicken

    3 or so Chicken breast Cooked and Cubed
    1 Can Black beans; drained
    2 Cups Fat-free sour cream
    2 Cups Reduced fat Montery Jack cheese
    4 oz (small can) Green Chilies
    2 tsp ground Cumin
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 Large tortillias cut into strips
    1/2 Cup Salsa

    * Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Spray pan with pam. Add chicken, beans, sour cream, cheese, chilies, cumin, salsa, and pepper. Mix well and arrange half of the tortillias overlapping in pan. Top with chicken mixture,then tortillias, then chicken again. Sprinkle with 1 Cup of cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

    Probably about 3/4 cup or something.
    Usually I think that a serving for things like this would be about a cup
