Vegetarian Chili
Quick and easy...

1 big can stewed tomatoes, with liquid
1 can black beans, drained
1 can mexican corn, drained
1 pkt chili seasoning
1 pkg boil-in-bag brown rice

Throw canned items in one pot with the chili seasoning, and the rice in another.
Cook over medium heat until it starts to bubble

Serve canned mixture over rice and stir...
Optional accompaniments: green onion, shredded cheese, sour cream, diced chile peppers
