I don't know if you like tuna or not, I eat it for iron since I'm anemic but here is a good recipe.
Cheesy Rotini and Tuna 1 3/4 cups of tri color pasta, uncooked (i made it with whole wheat pasta) 2 cans (6 oz) white tuna in water, drained, flaked 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained 4 oz (1/4 lb) of velveeta light cheese product 1/2 cup light or fat free sour cream 1/4 tsp of black pepper. Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile mix all remaining ingredients in 2 qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 min, stir. Microwave another 2-3 min until heated throughly. Drain pasta, place in a serving bowl. Add tuna mixture, mix lightly. |
