    Apartments in San Diego

    Advertisements
We are coming back to San Diego for 6 months, DH is almost done with his IA tour, so we'll only need the apartment for that long.

Anyone know any that's decent. We need a 3 bedroom. No more than BAH. He's stationed at San Diego Naval Station. I know around base isn't the greatest. He's willing to drive about 20 minutes each way.

Anyone know of any? We need one by late September. First of October.

    Thank you!

You're telling me...I've been trying to find somewhere else to live, 3 bedroom, preferrably a house and that's less than BAH, it's been practically impossible.

Even when I look at apartments, hardly. It sucks.

Might want to look around Penasquitos and Mira Mesa. Stay away from Esplandes on Camino Ruiz. Horrible management. Maybe go east towards College or try in Eastlake down south.

Yea San diego kinda sucks for off base housing. We pay 1725 for rent a month right now granted 75bucks is so we don't have to park on the street and walk god only knows how far, but still that's not inculding even water. Then we have to pay 2.25 per load of laundry here on top of bills. . Good luck If I find anything out I'll link it on here.

Do you need it to allow pets?

I found this one $1,234/mo 3Bed Apartment, San Diego / Amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bath for rent. Parking Available! / Apartment Hunters, California

This one inculdes washer and dryer.
$1,295/mo 3Bed Apartment, San Diego / Best 3 Bedroom Deal in Normal Heights. / Apartment Hunters, California
Idk know how fare those are but that's two I found for WAY cheaper then what we are paying.. Not sure on area either but I'm sure you can find reviews like everything else on Google.

I would Not recomend Cabrilo Springs Town homes ... Not in a million years would I tell someone to move in where we are
