I just give up already...
|
Okay the last few days I've seen these tiny brown spiders in my apartment. They freak me the hell out so yes sorry I kill them when I see them. They're maybe the size of a nickel to a quarter and plain brown. Does anyone know what they could be. I'm freaking out cuz I don't know if they may be poisonous or not.
I'm going to call the front office tomorrow and tell them about it and hopefully they will spray poison or something. ![]() WARNING SCARY SPIDER AHEAD!!!! ![]()

Can you get a picture? We have some great spider investigators on the site that have helped me several times with identifying them!

Regular brown spiders wioth no markings on the belly and such(like a red hourglass) are normal run of the mill house spiders. If it has a red hourglass then its a new breed of spider they have been finding around which is called a brown widow and those are poisonous as is the regular black widow which can be found all over here

well it isnt "new" persay just new to the area. I think it said they were common in Africa? I cant remember. There was a news report on em. You can tell because they are brown but have the red hourglass on the belly like the black widow and the eggsacks have like little spikes coming out of em

If it is like a violin shaped it can be a brown recluse. I was bit by one of them. Not a fun thing. Probably a run of the mill house spider.. If we had a pic it would be easier.
