Phoenix People!
We are thinking about getting a house if we end up going to Phoenix .. we were looking around Avondale, Gelendale or Surprise .. how are these areas?

Surprise isn't too bad, depends on where you go really. Glendale is nice in some areas and really not so nice in others. Avondale is pretty new, if you go a little further west like Goodyear almost everything is new. The stores, restaurants, etc. I live in Goodyear and it's a nice little town and only like 5 miles west of Avondale.
Really though, it depends on what houses you are looking at!
