San Diego Gals--Nail Salons

PUHLEASE help me out. I haven't had a pedicure in over a month, and have serious hammertime on my feet. My DH is ragging on me so hard because I refuse to wear flip flops.

I need a good, CLEAN nail salon, and I will drive anywhere in San Diego. I don't really care about the price, but they have to be clean, clean, clean. Did I mention clean? I'm serious about the cleanliness, because I will worry for days about getting some disease if they cut me, or whatever. I would prefer a place where they sterilize their instruments.

Also, if they do a good job with designs and stuff, that will help. It's still summer, so I like my feet to look properly ghetto fab with rhinestones and funky colors.

I havent found a real good salon yet but I would try in La jolla

So, La Jolla? I'll get out the yellow pages and start checking. Do they have any malls or nice shopping centers? Mall salons are always a little upscale.

I've been to one here in Eastlake and they did a nice job on my pedi... It's over by the Miguel's here, Vivid Nails...

UTC mall is in La Jolla. I havent looked to see if there was a nail salon but there may be. There is a Macys and Nordstrom and such in there so I would think there would be one

Yes, there's a nail salon right in front of Nordstroms at UTC mall. It's a nice one, and they do a good job. It seemed clean to me! You should check it out

I used to go to one in Point Loma. It was at the corner of Rosecrans and Midway. I really liked it, and they were very decently priced. They use the ultrasonic cleaners, at least they did when I was there! LOL!
