House for rent in Jax
Hi guys,
DH and I are renting out our Jacksonville FL house. It is ready for occupancy now and is in the perfect location if you are stationed at Jax NAS (10 min.) or Mayport (approx. 40 min.). It is a 3 BR 2 bath, 1,800 sq. ft. detached home on a cul de sac. Fenced backyard and great neighbors. I am waiting on new pictures. We just had the entire home (common areas) tiled and both baths have been custom tiled in the last year. It is really nice... I'll post pics as soon as I get them, but please PM me if you are interested. Oh, $1,275 a month and I pay the yard treatment cost.
