It still feels surreal! DH deployed for the third time, and it still feels like the first time he left. Overwhelming emotions and fear..but It goes away. Ladies, I could easily say,, OH NO BIG DEAL, HE WILL BE BACK SOON or IM STRONG AND READY BECAUSE I KNOW THIS IS MY HUSBANDS JOB,,but Im not afraid to say that It hurts and sucks when he deploys,, and that doesnt make me any less strong than anyone of you.. I have read so many threads where a lot of people put up a front like they feel nothing when they leave cuz they are SO STRONG... JUST WANTED TO PUT THAT OUT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is your Dh is 2? One of our friends just went with them.

I can't say much because Dh hasn't deployed yet. All I can really say is think positively. And come over to my house on Saturday and meet a bunch of people and have a good time. Hang in there.

P.S. I am so looking forward to meeting you.
