You could always sign up on care.com or sittercity.com as a sitter and get people that way. I have had three different nanny positions because of these places.
Just be careful though because I once had a guy who randomly messaged me saying he was a single dad and needed childcare for his children. After contacting back and forth a few times we realized he was indeed a guy but he didn't have any children he was just looking for women.
