4 Ingredient Chicken Stew/Soup
4 Ingredient Chicken Stew
1 Whole chicken 1 Bag Egg Noodles 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (omit this if you want it to be more like soup) 1 Bag Frozen Mixed Veggies (any kind will work except ones with potatos) 1. Season the chicken with garlic salt and pepper. Boil it. 2. Remove chicken from the pot but save the water. Set it aside to cool down. 3. Boil the egg noodles in the chicken water. Meanwhile, pick the meat off the chicken and shred/chop it up into little bits 4. When the noodles are al dente, add in the cream of chicken, the veggies, and the chicken meat. Stir and allow it to heat up. *You can eat it like this, or pour it into a casserole and top with biscuits to make pot pie.
