Have you tried the bear creek brand mix? I've bought it before and it's YUMMY, and simple!
You can get it at Walmart (I bought it there!)

we tried this today! I usually look on the forums for recipes if I have never made them before and yesterday, we (DD and I) wanted to make broccoli cheese soup. This recipe was really easy and quick. It smelled so good cooking! I was a little on the rich side and the recipe only made 3 to 4 bowls, so if you are cooking for more people, then you should double the recipe. It was really good, though!
