Corn chowder

2 cans whole kernal corn, drained or 1 pkg frozen kernal corn
2 cans cream corn
2 cans diced potatoes
1 can cheddar cheese soup, opt.
1/2 piece smoked sausage or kielbasa
1 to 2 cans evaporated milk, ajdust according to desired consistency
1 med. onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Dice sausage into bite sized pieces. Put into a hot fry pan with onion. Cook til slightly browned. Remove from heat. Drain whole kernal corn and potatoes and put into crock pot or lg pan. Add cream corn, cheese soup, milk, and meat mixture. For crock pot: cook on low for 4 to 5 hrs. For stove top: Simmer about 20 min. Season to taste.
