Mommy of two sweet girls!

My mom makes it all the time. I know that she buys beef neck bones or any kind of beef bones and make stock all day long.
Making it yourself is def better then going to the get it out in town. I know that the only hard part is to make the broth. My mom uses shaved beef, shrimp, pork meatballs for the protein. For the veggies she has cilantro, scallions and bean sprouts. We always use a little of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, lime juice and a pinch of peppers is what ties the taste together. Also she buys the dried rice noodles and boil a pot of water and dip it in there for a few minutes to soften them up. I don't have the recipe my mom uses. I just buy the package kind that comes like ramen noodles and add my own beef, shrimp and meatballs.
