Do fairytales ever come true?

Ok so everybody loves stew. i have an awesome recipe i would like to share.
You will need: a large pot! 2 pks mccormick beef stew mix water vegtable oil bay leaves (2) 1-2 lbs stew meat (i use beef could be lamb, venison, chicken, turkey etc. ) flour salt, pepper garlic (1 whole bulb) carrots (1 bag baby) celery (2-4 stalks) potatoes (new white or red, no peeling, small 4-6) onion (white or yellow, 1) fresh parsly mix flour, salt, pepper. rinse meat and coat w/flour mixture. place in pot with thin coating of hot vegtable oil. saute until brown. Add enough water to go abuot 1in over meat. Add bay leaves, 1 pk seasoning and 2-4 gloves peeled garlic. Bring to boil. Reduce to med. Simmer 1-2 hrs (1 meat done, 2 meat tender) While this is simmering, cut up the potatoes first, then same amount of carrots and celery as potatoes. you will also need to cut 1/4 to 1/2 the onion and peel 2-4 more cloves of garlic. Add veggies. Add water to 1in above veggies. Add the other pack of seasoning. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer. Simmer 1/2-1 1/2 hrs (depending on how done you like ur veggies) When your stew is done garnish with parsley and serve with garlic dip bread and stuffed mushrooms (see appetizers in this forum for my recipes!) *note: i do not recommend leaving this unattended or in a crockpot, it can stick so make sure that when i say simmer it is only simmering and always keep enough water in the pot to cover the food. if u have to add more it is ok, this stew doesnt have to be thick to enjoy!
