Hot Virginia Dip Recipe - Snacks & Appetizers

Ok here is a yummy appetizer thats good on Crackers or even Tortilla Chips but crackers are better.

1 cup of Pecans, chopped (optional for those who dont like pecans)
2 tsps of butter

16 oz cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp of milk
5 oz dried beef, minced (you will need two of the 2.5 oz jars)
1 tsp garlic salt
1 cup sour cream
4 tsps onion, minced ( I just use the dry minced onions)

Saute' pecans in butter and then reserve

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place in a 1 1/2 qt baking dish and top with pecans. Chill until serving time. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve with Crackers or Breadsticks.
