Full fat Greek yogurt with blueberries, avocado, coconut butter, fried cheese (I sometimes slice up some cheese and fry it in coconut oil), celery with almond butter, fresh veggies with ranch, kale chips (cover kale with olive oil and sea salt and bake), baked apples with cinnamon and full fat cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, cheese filled bacon roll.
I eat Primal so my snack choices reflect that.
Cottage Cheese with Pineapple (the small circular ones, not the yogurt shaped containers.) & Fish (separately, not at once)
