Black bean salsa
1 can black beans
1 can lime juice and cilantro RoTel tomatoes 3 tsp. tomato paste 2 T. fresh cilantro 2 cloves garlic 1 green bell pepper Juice of ½ lime ½ lg Vidalia onion Process in blender or food processor to desired consistency. Serve with corn chips. |
