1 cup peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla ... mix all ingredients together.. drop onto cookie sheets and press with fork. Bake at 350 10ish minutes until done. They rock!!

No problem! They're even better with crunchy peanut butter! They were a big seller at G's fundraisers..

1 stick of softened butter and 1/2 cup white sugar (beat together), 1 egg (mix), add self raising flour (or flour with a tsp of baking soda) till you get a dough consistancy add choc chips, drop in balls in cook.


Or get one of those packet mixes.

btw any recipe wanting brown sugar, you can make your own with white sugar and syrup (molasses is better if you have it).

i box of cake mix (i like vanilla or white cake mix the best).... 1/3 cup oil.... 2 eggs... then add in whatever you want (chocolate chips... candy pieces... peanutbutter candy)... then bake!

I just wanted to say how skeptical I was of this recipe. Cause I usually make PB cookies with a lot more ingredients....but I made them tonight (without the vanilla) and they were EXCELLENT!
