Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe?

Hey, I'm looking for a "to die for" PBC recipe by tomorrow mid-day... I'd love to use one off of something like allrecipes.com but I'm afraid of the results!

If there's nothing by tomorrow in here I'll be heartbroken!
These are for my husband who slaves away at work day and night, I'm bringing him Mc.Donalds and PBCs! :]

the best peanut butter cookies i have ever eaten came from a really simple recipe. 1 cup peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 cup sugar. bake at 375 for about 10 minutes (until golden brown). if you want to add a special touch when they are still hot add a hershey kiss to the middle....mmmm

I make them the same way, but I use crunchy PB, and add in a tsp. of vanilla. They're AWESOME, and were huge sellers during DH's fundraising last year..

The ones I had at my party were 1 cup peanut butter, 1 egg and 1 cup packed brown sugar. And then I sprinkled sugar on them after I had them on the pan ready to pop in the oven. Cook at 350 about 12 minutes or til golden brown

They take a little while to do, but they are delicious!!

I made these last night!!

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup shortening

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/4 cup flour

Bake @ 375 for 10 minutes

I added M&Ms and they are adorable and delicious!!



If you make them, make sure you flatten the dough with a fork a little before baking. They're SOOO good!
