Thin & Crispy BBQ Chicken Pizza- healthy!
I haven't tried this one but it's on my list to make for a lunch one weekend day. The way it looks in the picture is really good:
For one serving (381 calories, 9 g fat) 1 whole wheat flour, 96% fat free tortilla 2 tbs BBQ sauce 1/2 cup shredded light cheddar cheese 2/3 cup chopped grilled chicken breast 1/4 cup slivered red onion 1.5 tsp chopped cilantro leaves Prehead oven to 400 degrees. Place tortilla on small baking sheet. Bake for 4 to 5 min. per side, or until crisp. If air bubbles form, poke them w/ a fork, then press out air w/ a spatula or oven mitt. Remove the sheet from the ove. Top the tortilla evenly in layers w/ the sauce, cheese, chicken, onion, and cilantro. Bake for 2 to 4 min, or until the cheese is completely melted. Slice into 8 wedges. |

.I'm not digging the idea of pizza on a tortilla...of course I don't care for tortillas anyway..I just tolerate them wrapped around a taco . I bet whole wheat flat bread would be good though.
