Emoticons - Site Information

Most of mine aren't showing up, whether it is in the forum, or in a post. Even all the icons below this when you create a thread: Post Icons area.....they just list as words; smile, blush, big grin and so on. Is anyone else having the same problem with the emoticons not showing up? Any idea why it might be happening?

Same thing is going on with almost everyone, it was brought up in the server change thread but we have not gotten a response from Lee yet...

All mine are just the words, not actually the symbol.
