Baiting Policy - Site Information

So I went through the TOS and the forum rules and while I did find policies and civility and respect as well as this policy

5. User Conduct
f. "Trolling," or posting insulting or deliberately divisive threads/replies for the purpose of (1) harvesting retaliatory insults and flames, or (2) throwing off the balance of the forum, is also disallowed.

I can't find anything specific on baiting. I was wondering if it would be possible for the MODs to have a little MOD Convo and come up with a concrete definition of Baiting and maybe some examples.

Also in regards to the above quoted section could we possibly get more clarity on what would be considered posting to throw of the balance of the forum?

ETA: If we can keep it civil maybe members can make suggestions of what they see baiting as, so that we can all get an idea of how different people view it.
