But we have that in form of the CAPTCHA were you have to type in two words in order to register

How about instead of when someone signs up and is automatically in, they have to send out a confirmation email than you then have to click on a link in the email that verifies who you are before you have access to post.

Today's spam was big color photos, close up shots of naked genitalia. Graphic and completely inappropriate.
