Bacon Ranch Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
6 cups mashed potatoes 1 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup milk 1 medium onion finely chopped 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix 1 lb sliced bacon cooked and crumbled 2 cups shredded jack cheese 1 cup crushed butter flavored crackers 1/4 cup melted butter In a bowl combine the potatoes, cottage cheese, milk onion and dessing mix. Spread in a greased 3 qt baking dish. Top with bacon and cheese. comine crackercrumbs and butter sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes *or until bubbly* |
