Bacon and potatos and cheese? Sound good? - Sides & Salads

I made this for a side tonight with burgers. Its cooking in the oven right now, Do you think its gonna be good?

I cut up red potatos into little pieces, and marinated them in olive oil and garlic last night, then I cooked up some bacon and crumbled it over it. When its done cooking, Im gonna but some cheese on it.

Does that sound good? Dh said he wanted something really good with burgers.. I hope its good.

mmmm that sounds yummy! What a good idea to marinade them, I'd never thought of that. I usually just toss them before cooking with the oil etc.

It sounds similar to how a restaurant (can't think of which ones) make their loaded fries. Maybe Outback? Enjoy them!
