Chicken Salad *for Britt*

Here is a simple Chicken Salad recipie.......

I omit the olives, because I don't like them...

1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped stuffed olives
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. pickle relish
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing (sm. amt. mustard if desired)
