Take 15medium sized potatoes, wash and cube/slice but don't peel.

Put them in a pot, and just cover them with water. Add garlic powder, cajun seasoning, onion powder, and black pepper(a dash will do, more to taste).

Set the heat on high and watch carefully. WHen the water starts boiling, stir every minute until the potatoes are soft.

Pour off any excess water (there shouldn't be much if any).

Add one half cup butter, one quarter cup bacon grease, and four tablespoons ranch dressing.

Beat with a fork until blended, then top with sour cream and crumbled bacon.
