Hasselback Potatoes
The potatoe reciepe got me thinking about our summer potatoe dish.
You take potatoes, wash them good, and slice them but don't slice them apart. You want to make a fan with them. You melt about 4 tablespoons of butter. Depends on how many potatoes you use. Place the fan like potatoes in a microwave safe contaner and drown them in butter. Top with a mixture of bread crumbs and parm. cheese. Microwave until done. Aprox. 3 min per potatoe. I love them because they taste baked but they aren't.
