I start with plain pork n beans. Mix in some cooked bacon (soft cooked, not crispy), a little BBQ sauce, a little bit of ketchup and some brown sugar. Cook at about 350 for 45 minutes or so in a casserole dish. Yumm

I take a can of Grama Brown Baked Beans mix Brown Sugar, mustard and Whorchester sauces and spread into pan. Top w/slices on uncooked bacon. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Depending on how sweet you want them just keep adding Brown sugar.
