I make twice baked buffalo chicken potatoes. You bake the potatoes at an hour at 350, then scoop out the insides. Mix the insides of the potatoes with sour cream, buffalo wing sauce, and cheese. Put the insides in your potato. Cook your chicken in a skillet, and cover it in sauce, and set it on top of the potatoes. Put back in the oven for about 10 minutes. Yummy
