    Confused Orzo salad

    I love an Orzo salad that Safeway sells at their deli counter. Of course I don't remember what all is in it.

    So does anyone have a good orzo salad recipe?

    Not really a salad, but this one is delish! I mad eit last week and could have devoured it in one sitting!

    Greek Orzo

    And this is one of my favorite side dishes ever:

    Lemon Orzo salad with asparagus and cherry tomatoes
