Hey Ladies,
I need some ideas for Pasta dishes or even sauces that do not involve tomatoes, THe DF is allergic to them and I have learned how to make TomatoeLess pasta sauce, but would love other ideas...
Thanks in advance!

Alfredo? Or sautee vegetables of your choice in olive oil, then toss with pasta, a little more olive oil, and parmesan cheese?

DH makes a yummy sauce that's just butter, garlic, and parmesan. He melts the butter (a lot of butter. We only eat it once in a while) then sautees the garlic in it, tosses it wtih the pasta, then puts a whole lotta parm on it. Like I said, every once in a while. Otherwise we'd be mega fatties.
Let's see olivie oil, cilantro, garlic, and parmasian cheese (we add tomatoes) add some chicken

My mom always made a dish using clams and butter and white wine. She just sauteed the clams and a chopped onion in the butter and added white wine to get a decent amount of sauce then mixed it with thin spaghetti or vermicelli. Add Parmesan cheese to the top. It's yummy but I don't fix it often because my kids don't care for clams.
I also roast Italian sausage links with sliced onion and sliced red, green and yellow bell pepper in the oven for about 45 minute with a touch of olive oil and basil. When its done I slice the Italian sausage and serve it over pasta, whatever kind I feel like fixing. And top with Parmesan.
