I can't eat tomatoes because it makes my acid reflux act up and Dh and I are both lactose intollerant so I tend to stay away from the creamy sauces.

Really, I usualy just make my pasta with olive oil and garlic. If I'm bored I'll take chicken broth with some herbs and corn starch and make a thin gravy to go on my pasta.

Rotinni pasta with chilled shrimp, chopped cucumbers, ranch dressing, tablespoon (more or less to taste) dried dill. Toss, chill and serve If you like tomoatos, get some sundried tomatoes and set them on the side so you can add those to your own dish.

I did spaghetti noodles with fried peppers (green, orange, red, and yellow peppers) I added some pineapple tid bits and juice
My sister made some angel hair pasta along the same lines with no pineapple but made it with red wine and parmesian

I love pesto!! You can make your own...but since you've never tried it, I would suggest buying it pre-made...at least at first.

Pesto is a green sauce...made from spices...you can find it in the pasta aisle.
Look for something that looks like this -

Or just ask an associate where you can find it.

I've never been a fan of tomato sauce...so I use pesto a lot...I also add parmesan, garlic salt, and butter.

Just make a stir fry and add noodles. You can get more of a Thai noodles with it. That is really good too.
