    Baked Artichoke Hearts

    2 cans artichoke hearts
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    Bread crumbs
    tsp garlic powder

Cut drained artichokes in half. Place cut side up in lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with olive oil. Top with bread crumbs that have been moistened with olive oil. Sprinkle on garlic powder. Bake 350 degrees 15 minutes or until crumbs are browned.

I can't stop eating these! It's all the good part of baked artichokes without all the mess of the leaves. I'm obsessed
