ROCCOLI CASSEROLE
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated 1 stick butter 1 egg, beaten 3/4 stack Ritz crackers 1 1/2 quart greased casserole Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain well and place in bottom of casserole. Top with grated cheese. Drizzle egg over cheese. Thinly slice 1/2 stick of butter over top. Melt remaining butter in microwave. Crush Ritz crackers and toss with remaining butter. Sprinkle evenly over top. Bake 20-25 minutes in 350°F preheated oven, uncovered. |

this is SO good!! i modified it tonight to be low fat... instead of butter, i used parkay spray to moisten the crackers and spray on the broccoli... then i used more egg white to moisten the crackers as well. instead of regular cheese, i used safeway select fat free cheese on my half and regular cheddar/mozzarella on jason's half. it's DELLICIOUS!!

This is good to.
1 package frozen broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 onion 1/2 cup cheese salt. pepper, garlic mix bake at 350 for about 30 min. Sprinkel with cheese put back in until melted top with french fried onions. I made it at Xmas and it was a hit. |
