Anyone have a good recipe?
If you have one that doesn't use Velvetta or Kraft Singles, I will love you forever.

![]() 3 cups cooked rice 1/2 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon salt 1 dash ground red pepper (more if desired) 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese, divided And it says to bake it for 20 minutes. ![]() Another one I found was on a kid's cooking site and it said grated cheese and milk. And just stir until it melts.

The easiest way would be to just grate some cheese and heat it up with warm milk. Whatever kind of cheese you want would work. Just make sure to keep stirring it so it doesn't burn.

Cheesy rice? The closest thing I make to that is chicken and rice casserole. In a nutshell it is cut up chicken, cooked rice, cream of cheese and cream of chicken soup, and brocoli.
Your recipe sounds reallt good!

I dont have a recipe, but one time I made cheesy rice with broccoli and it was yummy!
I stirred cooked rice with cream of chicken soup, sour cream, a bunch of shredded cheddar, broccoli, and I baked it til it was all melted and yummy. I also added some crushed ritz that were mixed with melted butter on top to make the top crunchy. Im sure you could use the same idea just for rice.
