THE FAMILY RECIPE- PASTA SALAD
This is my family's second best pasta salad. The first one is the bomb diggity but it ultra secret and most don't like it because their taste buds aren't as developed and refined as ours.
![]() So here we go. I'm making this today and will take pictures when I am complete. Please note that my family is not mathmatically correct and we just measure to taste. Sorry! 1 lb tri-color pasta 4-5 Plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped 1 can black olives brocoli, about 1 large head, just the florets, blanched. Scallions, about a bunch Good Seasons Dressing (below) 1. Cook pasta. Place in fridge until cold. 2. Mix all cold ingredients together and place in fridge until desired serving time. 3. When ready to serve, mix dressing to taste (my aunt uses a whole bottle, I will see what I think is best tonight) Dressing: 1 pack Good Seasons Oil Balsamic Vinegar I can't help with measurements because we have a dressing jar that measures for us ![]() It's really simple but it is delicious and great for a cookout
